The Labour Law Department dealt with a whole range of professional services in respects of labour law matters, which includes:

  1. Advice on retrenchments
  2. Conducting disciplinary enquiries
  3. Investigations on behalf of employers, relating to charges of sexual harassment, fraud, constructive dismissal and unfair dismissals.

Family Law

In addition TC Hitge Incorporated specializes in family matrimonial law, including divorce matters, criminal law, personal injury claims as well as motor collision claims in respect of damages.

Collections Department

Including High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation, over a number of years TC Hitge Incorporated instituted actions on behalf of several Companies and individuals in matters pertaining to collections, contracts and claims of damages.


TC Hitge Incorporated has a growing property law department, which specializes in transfers of private and commercial property, deceased estate transfers, registration of bonds, opening of sectional title schemes, various developments, opening of township registers, subdivisions and specialized advice pertaining to the preparation and drafting of agreements of sale.

Insurance Law

Our firm and its personnel are well versed in aspects of insurance law, the interpretation and drafting of insurance agreements and the provisions of the Short Term Insurance Act. We have experience, including but not limited to, the doctrine of subrogation, insurable interest, double- over- under- and re-insurance.

Debt Counselling
